Global Sources Consumer Electronics wraps up amazing show

Global Sources Consumer Electronics show, held last October 11 to 14 at Hong Kong's AsiaWorld-Expo, made the sourcing experience easy, fruitful, fun and promising, delivering complete online-to-offline services for its attendees.

Buyers got to fill their bucket list with and source new, innovative and shelf-ready items at the show's 3,700 conveniently accessible booths. Standout and ground-breaking products caught attention at the show's Analyst's Choice Zone, which hosted daily product launches.

Grabbing the spotlight at the Global Sources Consumer Electronics show were six of the most innovative products, with a stackable multifunction LED strip and compact selfie drone among those. Smart Driving releases, including a new intelligent Tesla car, and quick-folding electric scooters, agile transporters, and electric unicycle stunts went trending and viral. Smart robots put on a show, too, like this one that plays the piano. Voice-activated devices were also everywhere. Awesome innovations were put to the test at the trade show's various experience zones and specialized pavilions.

In addition, Global Sources Consumer Electronics had Asia's largest collection of electronics startups, Startup Launchpad, where attendees got to meet potential sourcing partners and check out the industry's emerging and fast-growing product categories.

The show also featured conferences, which covered current hot topics such as smart home, the Internet of Things, autonomous driving and smart product development, and provided useful sourcing, e-commerce and marketing tips.

The trade show will be back in April in Hong Kong with a new wave of interesting innovations and programs to watch out for.
