Slated to begin on August 19, 2023, this online show aims to help buyers from all parts of the world discover and interact with suppliers of consumer electronics products.
This show brings together over 900 trusted suppliers from around the world and showcase more than 20,000 products that are in high demand in four categories: Consumer Electronics, Electronic Components, Smart Living Electronics and Mobile Electronics. The online fair will also feature some 5G, AI-related products, like 5G smartphones, smart glasses and AI-powered robots. About a million buyers are expected to participate. This online electronics show is organized by Global Sources, the originator of the world’s first professional online B2B sourcing platform in 1995.
Organized by Global Sources, a 20-year veteran in the trade show industry, this event series comprises five trade fairs – Consumers Electronics & Components, Mobile Electronics, Smart Home & Appliances, Lifestyle x Fashion and Home & Kitchen – with 4,000 booths, 25-plus product categories and 10,000-plus products on display. The Consumers Electronics & Components and Mobile Electronics trade fairs will take place from October 11 to 14. The Smart Home & Appliances, Lifestyle x Fashion, and Home & Kitchen exhibitions will follow on October 18 to 21.
These Hong Kong trade fairs attract senior management as well as sourcing and product development executives of major international retailers, manufacturers, brand owners, Amazon, and other online sellers and venture capitalists. Also featured are seminars in which sourcing and industry leaders are expected to share the latest technology trends as well as tips on how to grow a business.
Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin or IFA Berlin has been described as the “world’s largest” home appliances and consumer electronics show. First held in 1924, this trade fair attracts manufacturers, dealers, buyers, and experts from the electronics industry. According to the show organizer, this year’s IFA Berlin will feature some 2,000 exhibiting companies with about 180,000 show visitors projected to attend. At least 250 consumer electronics industry thought leaders have also been invited to speak in various forums scheduled at the show. IFA Berlin is organized by Messe Berlin GmbH.
Organized by Donghang Laosheng Group Co. Ltd, the CIIF is hosted by several government agencies in China including the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, the Chinese Academy of Science and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.
The CIIF includes several themed sub-shows. One is the Information & Communication Technology Show (ICTS) with exhibits on smart city solutions, cloud computing & big data, software and information services, networking equipment, next generation displays and information security, among others. There is also the Energy Show (ES), which focuses on new energy electric, smart grid, industrial electrical equipment, power generation and distribution, and electrical technology.
