Megatone Electronics Corp.'s GPS vehicle tracking device for fleet management has a dual-SIM Arm Cortex M4 32-bit processor, and SiRF Star IV GPS and quadband GSM modules.

The unit, which uses ASCII protocol, supports 2MB program memory and 1.2MB RAM. It has one CAN, one I2C, and five serial ports, and eight digital and two analog input, and four digital output.

The model requires an 8 to 38Vcc power supply, and consumes 30 to 40mA during active mode.
