This lead- and halogen-free HDI PCB from Wuzhu Technology Co. Ltd features two to 26 layers and adopts base materials from SY, EMC and Iteq. The surface finish is ENIG, OSP, ENIG+OSP or immersion tin or silver.

The unit has 2mil minimum line width and spacing, 0.05mm minimum laser-drilled or 0.2mm plated-through holes, and 0.25mm minimum pad size. The copper and finished board are 0.3 to 0.5oz and 0.4mm in thickness. The board undergoes E-testing.
