The Ascend G7 is Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd’s latest smartphone targeted at the middle-end market. Priced at US$318, this phone combines its capacitive and LED screens to reduce its thickness to 7.6mm. The smartphone's body is made of metal.

Released in October, the Ascend G7 uses Qualcomm Adreno 306 as CPU, and has 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. It has a 5.5in display with a 1280x720-pixel resolution. It uses Huawei’s intelligent power technology and has 3,000mAh battery capacity. Using its power technology, this phone can standby for 24 hours with only 10 percent power. It also features front and back cameras that shoot at 5MP and 13MP, respectively. This device is certified to CE, FCC, RoHS, LVD, IATA.
