Han, the lifelike robot, interacts with Meghla Bhardwaj of Global Sources

In this video, Han the lifelike robot, talks with Meghla Bhardwaj of Global Sources. Han answered questions like “How old are you?” and “Do you have a girlfried?” while displaying facial expressions and even making eye contact.

Han is the newest product of Hanson Robotics, creators of humanlike robots and smart software. Frubber is a pore silicon material that was invented by Dr. David Hanson, the founder of the company, invented Frubber which is the pore silicon material used for making Han.

Hanson Robotics creations include the world's first expressive biped robot, Albert-Hubo, heralded by WIRED as "genius", and the small Zeno robot, a low-cost child robot who is evolving into a family member.
