Insulation tester with thermal imager

The DT-6509 from Shenzhen Everbest Machinery Industry Co. Ltd is a professional-use insulation tester with a built-in thermal imager that has an 80x80-pixel IR resolution and identifies hot spots without contact. It also has a low-pass filter for accurate measurement of variable frequency drive or VFD signals.

This device can measure resistance from 0.001Mohms to 60Gohms at test voltages of 125, 250, 500 and 1,000V. AC, AC+DC true-RMS and 1kHz ACV/ACA bandwidth measurements can be done as well. A flexible coil that can gauge current up to 3,000A is optional.

The 3.5in color TFT LCD, with 240x320 pixels, can show up to 6,000 counts.

This tester has A/D conversion fast sampling time of 10 times/sec and records transients as fast as 500μs. Data are stored in a microSD card and can be screen-captured and shared via Bluetooth BLE.
