Mobile Electronics returns with ever-growing selection

The second phase of the Global Sources Electronics show, Mobile Electronics, opened today April 18 with a focus on the latest smartphones, tablets, wearables and accessories. The show will run until April 21 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.

Mobile Electronics also boasts a wider selection of products in emerging, high-growth categories such as sports and health electronics, wearables and smart watches, Bluetooth and NFC, wireless charging, and MFI products. A brand zone showcases 400 booths of suppliers marketing their own designs and brands.

"In just two years, the event has grown by more than 100 percent to become the world's largest mobile electronics sourcing show," said Global Sources Electronics Group president Tommy Wong. "Strong and growing attendance by the world's top industry buyers has made it an ideal platform for exhibitors to launch new, cutting-edge products"

Mobile Electronics features a Drones Experience Zone where regular onsite demonstrations of the latest drones from select exhibitors will be held. A supplementary electronic buyer's guide on Drones & Drone Accessories with more than 20 aerial and photography drones, gimbals and camera mounts is also available for download here.

The show is also debuting the Sports & Health Wearables Pavilion where buyers will get access to Misfit, ZTE and other industry suppliers. Global Sources has also published a downloadable Sports & Health Mobile Electronics buyer's guide with nearly 30 smart wearables to help buyers save time shortlisting products and suppliers.
