Global Expert Technologies Ltd's 4-layer PCB features two modes of impedance control, which are 80.27 to 105.65ohm and 74.56 to 97.01ohm.

The board has a halogen-free FR-4 base and an immersion gold surface finish. Its minimum line width and spacing are 6 and 4.5mil. The resin-filled blind and buried vias are 0.3mm and the countersinks, 2mm.

The 332x164.02mm model has 2, 1, 1 and 2oz copper thickness on respective layers. The board is 1.6mm-thick. It complies with IPC-A-600H class 3.

Global Expert operates 18 production lines, which currently turn out more than 500,000sqm of PCBs a year. It accepts OEM and ODM projects. The company’s major customers include Continental, Dover, Flextronics, Jabil, Sumida, Siemens and Vecture.
