The stackable Container House-1-12-22S model from Beijing Chengdong can turn into a two- or three-storey house. Frames are in Q235 steel with 100g/sqm hot galvanized base coating and 30μm corrosion-resistant paint. The wainscots are made of light insulated panels. Wall panels with EPS or glass wool insulation are 1,140mm wide and 75mm thick. The container house also incorporates a steel and melamine roof with glass wool insulation, steel door with 850x2,000mm opening, and 800x1,100mm glass and PVC windows. Electrical installations, including an electric distribution box, two 36W fluorescent lights, flush-mount sockets and switches are available. The 2,000kg container house can be lifted easily by cranes. External and internal lengths are 6.055 and 5.835m. Outer and inner widths are 2.435 and 2.215m while the outer and inner heights are 2.790 and 2.520m. Warranty is one year.

The door and ceiling are sandwich panels while the frame is made of steel. The flooring is in MDF and PVC. The container house has two steel and plastic windows, three sockets, an air condition switch, wires, two fluorescent lamps, a shower, toilet and optional cabinets. Dimensions are 6,058x2,438x2,790mm or 5,800x2,300x2,700mm.
