Novelty radio, MP3 player in 1

New Source Trading Co. Ltd's MS029 novelty FM and AM radio doubles as an MP3 player. It uses a 3W speaker, and has a USB port, an SD or TF card slot and a spare D battery box. The jukebox-designed unit runs on a built-in rechargeable 1,000mAh battery with 3 to 4 hours of charging time. The input and output voltages are 110 to 220VAC and 6VDC. Dimensions are 14.5x9x19.5mm.

Guangdong province-based New Source exports 100 percent of output. It markets products under the Kinstron brand but also provides OEM and ODM services.

Analyst's comment: Radio remains a powerful medium in the US. According to Statista's July 2021 data, there are more than 15,000 stations competing for a piece of the market.
