The device can read standard bar codes such as Codabar, Code 39, Code 32, Code 93, Code 128, InterLeaved 2 of 5, Industrial 2 of 5, Matrix 2 of 5, Gs1-128, UPC-A and UPC-E, among others.

The unit is fitted with a CMOS sensor and carries a 32-bit ARM MCU. Scanning area is available in 5x5 to 30x30sqcm. The product suits supermarkets.

Foshan Xincode markets products under the Xinma and GTCodestar brands. In a month, the company can turn out 60,000 units.
