The model QM-C patented data memory module from Duvonn Electronic Technology Co. Ltd operates 200 hours underwater at a depth of 100m and at temperatures of 1,100, 950 and 260 C for 15, 30 and 180 minutes, respectively. It can be built into cars, trains, airplanes and other security products.

The EUROCAE ED-155:2009-certified unit is compatible with devices having 7+4-pin SATA 2.0, 4+2-pin USB2.0 and 4+4-pin eMMC 4bit interfaces. Maximum storage capacity is 1,024GB or 1TB. Writing frequencies for SLC and MLC are 100,000 and 3,000 times.

Duvonn offers patented data storage devices that operates at a temperature of 1,100 C and underwater at a depth of 100m.
