The P47 from Hailingwei Electronic Co. Ltd is a PCB assembly for headsets. It can be customized to use a two- to 58-layer PCB with FR-4 or other base materials, 3mil minimum width and spacing on inner layers and 4mil on outer layers, and HASL, immersion gold, silver or tin, OSP, ENIG+OSP, ENEPIG or gold finger surface finish. The components mounted may be as small as 01005 and flip-chip, QFP, BGA or PoP.
This PCBA undergoes ICT, and flying probe, burn-in, function and temperature cycling tests.
