Cirket Electronics Co.'s PCB assembly incorporates as small as 0201 and as many as 300 components, which are placed on a 6-layer board using SMT. The PCB has an FR-4 base, immersion gold finish, and 1oz copper and 1.6mm board thickness. It is 146x77mm.

Boards measuring 50x50mm to 700x460mm can be adopted. The minimum QFP and IC pitches are 0.4mm and 0.3mm. The maximum size for BGA is 74x74mm, and the minimum ball diameter and pitch 0.4mm and 1mm.

The product goes through X-ray, visual and automated optical inspection, and functional testing.
