This PCB in variants with up to 22 layers from Uniwell Electronic Ltd has 3mil minimum line width and spacing, 0.5 to 3oz copper and holes with more than 25µm copper. Board thickness is 0.08 to 3.2mm.

The unit adopts an FR-1, FR-4, halogen-free FR-4, CEM-1, CEM-3, high-Tg, XPc or Rogers base material. Options include immersion tin or silver, OSP, lead-free HASL, ENIG and gold plating for the surface finish, and green, yellow, black, white, red and blue for the solder mask. The panel can be as large as 510x630mm for single-sided and 558x635mm for double-sided types.

Uniwell has a monthly output of 150,000sqm. It accepts OEM and ODM requests.
