Just like the fidget spinners, rollers or sticks are said to aid in concentration and improve dexterity.

Have fidget spinners finally spun out of fashion? Recent report states that this year's must-have is now not the most popular toy on Amazon. Online searches for the toy also saw a decline, based on findings from Google Trends.
As fidget spinners spiral away from the limelight, Peterkin UK hopes to introduce a new craze in the form of a flipping toy called the Mokuru. First debuting on Kickstarter, Mokuru has quickly gained popularity in Japan and Hong Kong, and Peterkin is set to roll out these barrel-shaped toys across the UK and Ireland soon.
Mokuru is essentially a cylindrical fidget stick or roller made of beech wood with silicone ends. Measuring only 3.6x1in and weighing an ounce, the toy can be flipped over with a gentle push. Much like the fidget spinners, these rollers are said to aid in focus and concentration, and help improve creativity and dexterity, particularly hand-eye coordination. With enough practice, users can also experiment with tricks and play with multiple rollers with one hand. Due to a great demand for these fidget toys, Mokuru has secured trademark, and utility and design patents for these rollers, which were developed by company founder Masakazu Node last 2010.
"We know from our Hong Kong office that consumers there are going mad for Mokuru and we are delighted to have secured the brand exclusively for the UK and Ireland," Peterkin UK managing director Andrew Moulsher said.
"The industry should be aware, however, that this is very much a brand. The owners and developers are determined to protect their trademarks and intellectual property, which has been protected across Europe, China and the Americas.
Fidget rollers are out on the market, selling for as low as $0.01 on Amazon.
