In response to the shortage of domestic industrial design talents, Maixi cooperated with some colleges and universities with industrial design advantages to launch the "seedling program", and select 30 outstanding industrial design students every year, and invite them to participate in the junior year. Internships run through specific design cases, and they work like real designers. First, the design director will guide them one-on-one, such as how to design products, what to pay attention to, which to avoid, how to analyze products, and how to analyze the market; Start with a model and learn about every link in the chain. After a year of training, when they graduate, they are already qualified designers.
