Security door is app-connected

Smart Door, made by Ukraine-based designer Valerii Kuznetsov, is an innovative security door that can be managed by a mobile app. Through the app, users can receive notifications about visitors, intrusion, weather patterns and hazards, including fire, from the door’s built-in weather and thermal sensors, and video cameras.

The security door can tell the owner to bring an umbrella when it is raining outside and recognize homeowners and pets, monitoring them inside the home.

It also incorporates smart home controls, a very convenient feature on front doors because these are the main entry and exit points of a house. It makes it easy for homeowners to set preferences immediately upon arriving and activate security functions before going out.

Smart Door can be popular for it is a unique product that eliminates the need for separate
door security systems, including door locks, door viewers, child and pet monitors, and door sensors. It isn’t the first security door to go smart, though. In Asia, particularly in China, a few makers have rolled out their latest models that are also app-controlled, some even capable of filtering air.
