The 163C4D180 model is a limited edition shift dress under Guangzhou Gefeng Garments Co. Ltd's Geolia brand. A detailed street map of Taipei is printed on the entire dress. This was designed by a Taipei, Taiwan-based artist, who called the artwork "Naiveté Garden of Animals". DIY colors can be applied to the black-and-white design.

The garment adopts 52.5:47.5 cotton-linen, and is soft and breathable. It has a shirt collar and three-quarter sleeves, and comes in a short-front and long-back style. Shoulders measure 35.5cm long, waist is 132cm while center-back length is 109cm. F is the standard size. The shift dress comes with a color pen for users who want to add hues to the artwork. The marks from the pen are fade-resistant even after repeated washing and dry cleaning.

Guangzhou Gefeng has trademarked the Goelia brand. It is among the prominent apparel brands in China and neighboring countries.
