Smart umbrella has two-way anti-loss feature

Opus One Inc. offers the Smart model, an intelligent automatic straight umbrella with two-way anti-loss feature. A paired smartphone app alerts users of the location of the umbrella, which also helps locate a misplaced smartphone. The unit is compatible with Android and iOS, and supports Bluetooth LE 4.1. It also notifies users of incoming calls and text messages. The indicator light on the handle turns red when the weather is rainy and green when sunny.

The umbrella has fiberglass ribs, an aluminum shaft and pongee canopy. It runs on four AAA batteries and measures 60cm long. Vermont green, cream beige, saddle black, navy blue, monarch orange, pebble gray and rose red are the color options.
