Splash-resistant toggle switch

The L7D Series from Taclex Electronics Co. Ltd is a splash-resistant toggle switch with a contact rating of 250VAC, 12A or 125VAC, 20A, maximum initial contact resistance of 20mohms at 2 to 4VDC and minimum insulation resistance of 100Mohms at 500VDC. Its dielectric strength is 1,500VAC/min, hand soldering temperature 350 C for up to 3 seconds and operating temperature -30 to 85 C.

This IP65-rated switch has a UL94V-1-rated phenolic molding compound case, nickel-plated brass actuator with an internal O-ring, nickel-plated brass bushing and nut, stainless steel housing, UL94V-0-rated nylon 66 pivot pin, piano wire spring, silver rivet contact, tin-plated brass terminal and nickel-plated steel washer and locking ring. Its electrical life span is 30,000 make-and-break cycles at full load.

Taclex markets products under its own brand but also welcomes OEM projects. Its major customers include Huawei, Foxconn, Inventec, MSI, Askey, FSP, Jabil, Bosch, Siemens and Honeywell.
