Companies use conventional and CNC equipment to meet diverse dimensions and tolerances for standard and custom machined parts for electronics products.

Mainland China makers of machined parts continue to emphasize capability to comply with the trends for high accuracy and precision in standard and custom products for the electronics industry. They can realize typical tolerance of 0.05 to 0.005mm and up to 0.001mm or tighter when required. The majority has manually controlled equipment for processes such as drilling, milling and grinding, while some employ CNC machines as well.

King Team Precision Technology Co. Ltd can turn out parts with 0.5 to 50mm outer diameter and 0.01mm tolerance or as close as 0.001mm through precision grinding. There are over 50,000 manufacturers of machined parts in the mainland, mostly operating in the Pearl River and the Yangtze River Delta regions, and the Bohai Bay Rim Economic Region. The key locations are the provinces of Jiangsu, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Hebei and Shandong.
