At the Global Sources Summit for online sellers, Coran Woodmass discussed top mistakes sellers make when selling their Amazon business.

Coran, founder of The FBA Broker, says in order to prepare your business for sale, you need to get accounting in place. Most buyers are retired executives or retirees that have a lot of business experience, but don’t have a lot of Amazon experience.

Coran helps clients all over the world buy and sell Amazon FBA businesses. Over the past 3.5 years he has been buying and selling online businesses for his own portfolio, as well as brokering and consulting on multiple 6 and 7 figure Amazon exits. In 2016 Coran launched the first brokerage to focus exclusively on selling Amazon ecommerce businesses.
