This ceramic-composition resistor from Shenzhen Jingdacheng Electronics Co. Ltd has 500ohm to 300kohm resistance, 5 or 10 percent tolerance, and ±300 to ±1,200ppm/K TCR. It suits RC snubber circuits, high-voltage power supplies and inrush current limiters.

The compact unit comes in 1/2, 1 and 2W variants, with respective 200, 300 and 400V maximum operating and 8, 15 and 25kV maximum pulse voltages. The first measures 11±1mm in length and its body 3.5±0.5mm in diameter, the second 16.50±1mm and 4.5±0.5mm, and the third 21±1mm and 5±0.5mm.

Shenzhen Jingdacheng offers 20 types of resistors and turns out 100 million units monthly. Its 4,000sqm factory is equipped with 10 advanced QC machines and has a defect rate below 0.01 percent.
