Wi-Fi, ZigBee curtain system runs silently

The YY-MC02-9749 model from Nanjing Ebdel Technological Development Co. Ltd is an indoor smart home motorized curtain solution controlled through Wi-Fi or ZigBee.

The system integrates a motor adopting three patented silent technologies that lower its running noise to 30dB. Its flexible soft start and stop features make operation lighter and quieter.

Users can set running journey and third limit positions, and manage natural light according to personal preference. Slightly pulling the curtain more than 5cm to one direction in the energized state makes it open and close automatically. When the curtain meets a physical block, it will stop automatically to protect the motor and itself.

There are standard RS232/485 plugs for group connection control. Each motor can connect to an extra manual switch or computer group control. Automatically setting the stop position will make the motor record the running journey itself. The system always knows where to slow down near the limit position in case it hits other components making noise and could remember how it operated during outage.

In addition, the motor can also record where the curtain fabric rebounded a little due to compression, and set it as the new limit position automatically. With a built-in mechanical clutch structure, the curtain is allowed to manually operate during the outage. The motor has a speed adjust button for adjusting the running speed.
