Shanghai Kingstronic Co. Ltd released recently the FB20D Pipeline Inspection Camera model that suits pipes 200 to 2,000mm in diameter and boasts an electric lifting function. The IP68-rated machine's camera head has a ¼in Sony CCD sensor with 530TVL resolution, and 360-degree panning and 270-degree tilting, and 10x optical and 12x electronic zoom capability. The rear camera also has a ¼in Sony CCD sensor with 480TVL resolution.

The pipeline inspection device integrates a 4WD crawler that can climb up to 45-degree angles at speeds of 0 to 35m/min. Wheels diameters are 210 and 130mm. The camera and crawler can be controlled wirelessly within a distance of 10m. The 160W unit has double motors and a built-in lithium battery. Its Kevlar cable is 120m long with an option to extend to 220m.
