Deqing Dusun Electron Co. Ltd's model DSI-0012 ZigBee PIR sensor detects human motion, can prevent theft and monitor the elderly. It can distinguish between movements of humans and pets to prevent false alerts.

The PIR sensor uses ZigBee to connect to the Dusun smart gateway that sends sensor data to Dusun's or customer-specific cloud. Transmission is up to 1km. The unit supports GreenPeak GP590 and its ultralow-power communication protocol called Greenpower. Two AA batteries, which last a year, powers the unit.

ISO 9001:2000-certified Deqing Dusun runs a near-zero defect plant capable of turning out more than 20,000 standard items daily.
