4. What is the delivery time?And how long it arrive after shipping?

Samples we ship in 3 days.Bulk order from 7-21 days.After shipping 5-7 days arrive by courier,5-7 days by Air.20-50 days by sea.

5. Can you brand my logo?And also boot image?

Yes.We offer OEM & ODM service.We can do silk printing logo and also boot animation from 100 pcs.

6. Can we customize the color as our requirement?And if we can design the package box?

Yes.We accept customize color from 500 pcs .Customize box design from 500 pcs as well.

7. If you offer spare parts?Such as touch screen,printer,motherboard,battery and adapter?

Yes.Customers can buy spare parts for repair and maintenance purpose.We can also provide some free spare parts if order is big.

8. What is your after-sale warranty?

Warranty time is 1 year for main device.Only touch screen is 6 months.During warranty time,if device is broken,we will repair free.After warranty time,we charge based on our cost.
