Q1:How to customize my own Coffee Cup?

For custom printing, please kindly share us the artwork in Vector Format.

Q2. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
Sample order is always warmly welcome.
The samples without any customization will be available generally within 1-3 days;
The samples with customization take generally 5-10 days, depends on the detailed requirements.
The sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation if your quantity of the order is more than our requirement. Please contact with us to confirm the quantity.

Q3.What's your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is not the same based on different items.
Small orders are warmly welcome, but the unit price is also difference from wholesale price.

Q4.What about the lead time for mass production?
Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order.
The lead time of MOQ is about 15 to 25 days.

Q5. What about the package?
The routine packing method is that each wrapped with OPP bag then eggcrate carton. Customized package is acceptable.
