It can promptly notify both the backend and the guardian in the event of an emergency.

In the event of an emergency where the guardian cannot be reached, they can be notified by shouting a specific keyword followed by the smart hub.

The two-way voice intercom feature allows for easy communication between guardians and the elderly.

In the event of extreme temperatures, the device will broadcast a voice message to the elderly.

Voice-Activated Medical Alert System's Special Features:
It can set three-level calling keywords, apply intelligent triage, and reduce staffing pressures.
Keywords in English (the other languages can be customized):

Primary: Emergency (SOS)
Secondary: Call for help
Tertiary: Call My Family

Benefits:

The Voice-Activated Medical Alert System (PERS) can accept a SIM card,  when to call the emergency contacts, only need to set up these contacts in the system first. And it up to 3 emergency contacts.

Mobile Emergency Button

There is an active emergency call button, connected to the smart hub via RF, with a connection distance of not less than 400 meters in the open.
