1.What are the entry requirements for the show?

All visitors must pre-register online or complete on-site registration. After registration, please print your paper badge using your badge redemption code and wear it throughout the show for identity verification and smooth access. Please note:

1. Admission is for trade visitors only.
2. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Retail sales and sample sales are not permitted onsite.
4. Registration and admission are free of charge.

3.Where can I find my badge redemption code？

First, you need to complete your registration. After registration, a confirmation email containing your badge redemption code will be sent to your registered email address. 4.Where can I print my Paper Badge onsite?

Phase 1 & 2: Inside Hall 2, foyer between Hall 10 and 11

1.Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi at AsiaWorld-Expo.

Public areas: Enjoy 30 minutes of free high-speed Wi-Fi by accessing “AWE Public Wi-Fi” in all public areas (outside halls) such as the East Lobby, foyer areas, and the East Concourse.

Inside halls: Enjoy 15 minutes of free Wi-Fi for web browsing and email by accessing “Hall Free Wi-Fi” inside halls (for instant messaging, social networks or checking emails).

2.Where is the F&B area?

3.Is halal food available onsite?

Halal-certified food is offered during events at the F&B area inside the hall, catering to the needs of Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, and other Islamic visitors.

4.Is free hot water available at the show?

Yes, free hot water is provided in the halls.

5.Are there any convenience stores at the venue?

Yes. Only one 7-Eleven convenience store will be open during Phase 3 of the Hong Kong Show (April 27–30), and it will be temporarily closed during Phase 1 (April 11–14) and Phase 2 (April 18–21).

6.Where are the toilets located?

Toilets, including facilities specially designed for disabled visitors, are located at:

- Ground level: East Lobby (opposite Hall 5 entrance), inside exhibition halls, and hall foyers

- Level 1: Upper East Lobby (next to the Customer Services Counter), along the Central Concourse

7.Are there pocket Wi-Fi rental services onsite?

There are no pocket Wi-Fi rental services onsite.

8.Are stationery, prepaid SIM cards, or travel adaptors for sale onsite?

Yes. These items can be purchased at the 7-Eleven convenience store on the 1/F Central Concourse or at the AWE Customer Services Counter on the 1/F East Lobby (near AsiaWorld-Expo Station Exit A). Please note that onsite supply is limited.

9.Any printing, photocopying, or scanning services available onsite?

Yes. Please visit the AWE Customer Services Counter at the 1/F East Lobby (near AsiaWorld-Expo Station Exit A) to check service availability and fees.

10.Is courier service available onsite?

No, courier service is not available at the venue.

The nearest option is the “Airport Courier Service” located at the Hong Kong International Airport Departures Level L7 and operated by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited.

11.Where can I find an ATM onsite?

There is no ATM inside the venue. The nearest ATM is a Hang Seng Bank ATM located at the AsiaWorld-Expo Station Paid Concourse (near Exit A).

12.Is money exchange available onsite at AsiaWorld-Expo?

No, money exchange services are not available inside AsiaWorld-Expo. The closest money exchange facilities can be found at the Hong Kong International Airport. 13.Is there baggage storage service onsite? What are the charges?

Yes.  

Complimentary luggage service: Available for buyers at Hall 11 (Phase 1 & 2) and G/F East Lobby (Phase 3), with limited quota on a first-come, first-served basis. Complimentary luggage service is available until the show closes daily. For the opening hours, please refer to the second question under Registration & Entry.

Paid cloakroom: Operated by AWE at G/F East Lobby. Fee: HK$50 per piece per 3 hours, or HK$80 per piece per day (until counter closing time).  

Self-service lockers: For small items next to the Paid cloakroom Fee: HK$30 per 2 hours.

14.Where is the Lost & Found located?

The Lost & Found, operated by AsiaWorld-Expo, is located on the Ground Level East Concourse, near the Baggage Storage and self-service lockers.

15.Where is the First Aid Room?

It is located on the Ground Level East Concourse, opposite the Baggage Storage and self-service lockers.

16.Where is the nursing room located?

Nursing rooms are available at the 1/F Central Concourse, between Hall 8 and Hall 9.

17.Is there any baby care centre onsite?

No, there is no baby care centre onsite.

18.Is there a prayer room onsite?

Yes. A prayer room is located at the East Concourse.

19.Is there a resting area onsite?

Yes. Seating benches are available along the Level 1 Central Concourse for visitors to rest. Some halls also have resting areas.
