How to participate in the program and earn rewards:
1. The referrer can invite up to 20 business partners or colleagues to attend the show prior to each event. Please note that referrals for ongoing events will not be processed while the show is in session.
2. The referrer can: 1) Fill in the invitee's information and submit the form. The invitee will automatically receive an email once assessed. He/she should click the hyperlink in the email and follow the instructions to complete the registration. 2）Share the event poster or activity link with the invitee. The invitee must register through the registration link on the activity page. All buyers need to complete the registration by 5:00pm on the day before each phase. Otherwise, both the referrer and invitee will not be eligible for the corresponding rewards.
  • 3. Each invitee's information will be reviewed. Only professional trade buyers who have not pre-registered for the shows will be considered eligible. After approval, both the referee and the referrer will receive a confirmation email for successful referral. Those who do not meet the criteria will not receive separate notifications.
  • 4. Referrers can claim their rewards at the Buyer Rewards Redemption counter on the show floor. The reward amount depends on the number of invited partners or colleagues present at the show:
  • 1-4 referrals: HK$100 cash coupon
    5-9 referrals: HK$300 cash coupon
    10-14 referrals: HK$800 cash coupon
    15-20 referrals: HK$1,000 cash coupon
  • Each referrer is eligible to receive up to HK$1,000 in cash coupons.
  • 5. Invitees will receive a HK$100 cash coupon onsite at the Global Sources Hong Kong Shows. They are also encouraged to become referrers by inviting other partners or colleagues to join the show.
  • 6. Please claim your rewards onsite at the Global Sources Hong Kong Shows before 4:00pm on October 21. Any unclaimed rewards will be forfeited after this time.
  • * In case of disputes, the organizer reserves the right to make a final decision.
