Single-chip types account for more than 80 percent of China maker's output for the line.

High-power LEDs with patterned sapphire and ceramic substrates from mainland China suppliers come mostly in single-chip or COB package, representing more than 80 percent of turnout. These have a rated power of 1 to 100W.

Various colors are available, including white, warm white, red, green and blue.

The target applications are street, underground and reading lamps, spot and traffic signal lights, and architectural and landscape lighting. BOSMFC Optoelectronics Co. Ltd offers variants such as model B3535*19ZWC ceramic high-power for greenhouses.

Most products comply with RoHS requirements.

Besides PSS and ceramic, the main materials and components used in manufacture include chips, lenses, adhesives and gold wires.
