Company Overview
Bosun Mould Technology was set up in 2000 and is located in Baoan, Shenzhen, which is very close to Hong Kong. Having production facilities occupying 8,000 square meters and a workforce of 300, we are a professional manufacturer of high-quality plastic die-cast molds and stamped molds. Also, we perform the plastic injection in-house as well as the second processing and assembly, allowing us to provide one-stop services. Over 90% of the molds are exported to Europe, the US, Japan and the Middle East.
We own imported advanced facilities, such as high-speed CNCs, Sodik slow wire cutting machines and mirror EDMs, which enable us to supply molds with the highest precision and efficiency. Moreover, we made a strict employee training system, which enabled our technicians to improve their work efficiency. It also guarantees that every mold we create is with good quality.
