Cangzhou Ruiqing Hardware Product, also known as Hebei Nanpi Shuangmiao Hardware Spring Factory, is located in Nan Pi County, which is near Beijing in the south, next to Bohai in the east, with only one kilometer away from Beijing-Shanghai Highway. Thus, we enjoy very convenient traffic condition.
Offering a Wide Range of Products
Our main products include about 300 types of precision pressed/stamped items, advanced sheet metals and springs. In terms of the surface galvanization treatment (zinc, copper, nickel and chromium), the static electricity spurting, painting, electrophoresis and silkscreen printing, all these have met the international standards. Moreover, our products are marketed to Europe, the US and Southeast Asia.
Annual Production of 100 Million Pieces
Set up in 1986, we have a factory covering an area of 60,000 square meters with a construction area of 30,000 square meters and a fixed capital of $65 million. With 400 staff, 60 senior engineers and 300 advanced production equipment, our yearly productivity is more than 100 million pieces.
Owning Various Advanced Machines
We have advanced equipment such as numerical control flushes, folds, cutting machines, cutting lines, CAD, mills, digs, rubs, drilling machines, air-operated pressure welding machines, high-frequency heating equipment, electricity gas welding machines and argon arc welding machines. We also own hydraulic pressure universal testing machines, metallography analyzers, projecting apparatus, thickness gauges, salt mist testing machines, spring pulling force testers, hardness testers, chemistry chemical examination check-out facilities and hall meters. These resources enable us to complete various requirements and ensure high quality.
