Company Overview
Cosonic Electronics has been designing and manufacturing wired and wireless headphones and related accessories since 1991. Our products are delivered to Europe, Southeast Asia and South America, contributing to our annual sales of $6 million in 2006. Over 150 clients from those regions are repeating orders with us. Two to three new designs monthly
Our 10 R&D staff with an average of five years of experience can release two to three new designs every month. And they can also provide custom-design services and come up with a brand-new product in one month. We make molds at our own molding workshop operated by 15 technicians, some with up to 15 years of industry expertise.
RoHS Directive compliant
We use RoHS testing equipment from Shimadzu (Japan) to check all our materials to ensure our products comply with the RoHS Directive. Our 50 QC staff also conduct salt spray, swivel, thermal temperature/humidity and damage-resistance tests. Moreover, we manufacture all our components including speaker units, wires and ear buds ourselves to ensure the quality of our products.
25 production lines to handle your orders
Our 20,000-square-meter factory houses 10 production lines for finished products and 15 for components. We output 800,000 headphones every month, over 80 percent for export. Your order can be delivered in 20 to 25 days.
