Dongguan Jinda Electronics has been professionally manufacturing connectors, wire harnesses and flexible flat cables for 24 years. Our two factories, covering a land area of 40,000 square meters, are manned by over 400 workers. Our first factory is located in Dongguan and mainly produces wire harnesses, FPC connectors, wire-to-board connectors, flexible flat cables and terminals. And the second is located in Zhejiang, which develops wire-to-wire connectors, housings and big-pitch connectors.
 
Monthly Capacity of 600 Million Pieces
We strictly follow the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 systems. Both our factories are supervised by 45 to 50 highly skilled engineers and 35 to 40 strict and well-experienced QC auditors. We utilize advanced production and testing machines, such as 50 injection molding machines, 130 automatic pin insertion machines, automatic insertion force machines, salt spray testers, insulation testers, eight-zone reflow machines, constant temperature and humidity testing machines, and Tianrui EDX1800 RoHS testers. We have also built 10 production lines to efficiently handle all clients' requirements. All these resources help us create 600 million pieces monthly, and ensure our products are compliant with SGS, UL and RoHS standards.
