WERIX Metal is a source factory specializing in custom sheet metal fabrication, located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. We serve engineers and procurement teams in telecom, automotive, data center, new energy, and industrial automation industries worldwide.

OUR FACTORY
We operate a more than 2, 000 square meter Manufacturing facility equipped with fiber laser cutting machines, CNC turret punches, CNC press brakes, welding stations, and progressive die stamping lines. Our production team of 20 experienced technicians handles every order in-house - from material preparation to final packaging. No outsourcing, no brokers, every process is under one roof with real-time quality control.

CAPABILITIES
We provide the full spectrum of sheet metal fabrication: Fiber Laser Cutting, CNC Turret Punching, CNC Press Brake Bending, TIG / MIG / Spot / Laser Welding, Metal stamping, Progressive Die Stamping, and Riveting. We maintain mature process expertise across thin-gauge precision work (0.5mm) through heavy-duty structural fabrication (6.0mm+), allowing us to support both delicate enclosure panels and robust equipment frames.

MATERIALS
We stock and process a wide range of industrial metals: SPCC cold-rolled steel, SGCC galvanized steel, AL5052-H32 aluminum, AL6061-T6 aluminum, 304/316 stainless steel, copper, and brass. Our engineering team recommends the optimal material grade for each application based on strength, corrosion resistance, and cost performance.

SURFACE FINISHING
In-house finishing capabilities include: Powder coating with RAL/Pantone color matching, hard anodizing, ornamental anodizing, zinc plating, nickel plating, chrome plating, brushed finish, sandblasting, and laser engraving. All finishing is performed for consistent quality and tight turnaround.

PRODUCTS
We manufacture sheet metal enclosures, electrical cabinets, CNC chassis, mounting brackets, front panels, distribution frames, LED lighting brackets, automotive sensor brackets, solar mounting hardware, and custom structural components. Each product is built to customer drawings with repeatable precision across production volumes.

PROTOTYPE & PRODUCTION
We support prototyping from 1 piece for fast design iteration and mass production up to 100, 000 units with dedicated in-house tooling. Our rapid response team provides DFM feedback within 24 hours and detailed quotations within 12 hours. Typical lead time: 3-7 working days for samples, 15-25 working days for bulk orders.
