Titan Industries (Dongguan)Co., Ltd. was established in 2021 and is a professional manufacturer of high-performance ball equipment. Its strategic location is in Dongguan, Guangdong, one of the most dynamic precision sports equipment production centers in China. Our factory covers an area of 9,000 square meters and integrates internal R&D centers, fully automated production lines, and standardized quality inspection workshops, creating a complete closed-loop manufacturing system from raw material processing to finished product delivery.
We have a team of 120 dedicated R&D engineers focused on material innovation, structural optimization, and player experience upgrades for kimchi ball products. Every year, we invest over 15% of our revenue into technology research and currently hold multiple national patents covering blade surface technology, edge protection structures, and high elasticity core materials. This strong technological foundation enables us to keep up with the rapidly developing global kimchi ball market and provide products that meet the highest international performance standards.
USAPA-Certified Quality System
All of our core kimchi ball product lines, including kimchi ball rackets, official match balls, court accessories, and protective gear, have received comprehensive certification from the United States Pickleball Association (USAPA). This means that every product produced from our production line strictly complies with USAPA's official specifications for weight, size, surface friction, impact resistance, and durability, and is fully authorized for use in professional tournaments, official leagues, and advanced competitive events in North America and other global regions. In order to maintain consistent quality, we have established a multi-stage quality control system that includes incoming inspection, online production monitoring, finished product performance testing, and random sampling before shipment. Each batch of products undergoes 17 separate quality inspection points to ensure that there are no major defects before leaving the factory, with a pass rate exceeding 99.5%.
