Founded in 1958, Fengfan Co. Ltd was affiliated to China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation formerly known as State-Owned no. 482 plant. It was one of the 156 national key construction projects during the period of the first five-year plan.
In the early 1980s, it successfully entered into the market of civil industry. In 1992, it was renamed into Baoding Fengfan Storage Battery Factory. In 1996, it was restructured into Baoding Fengfan Group Co. Ltd. In 2000, China Chipbuilding Industry Corporation founded Fengfan Co. Ltd as a major sponsor. In 2004, Fengfan Co. Ltd was listed at Shanghai Stock Exchange. At present, it is the strongest and largest key enterprise with the highest market share in starting storage battery industry in China, of which the main technical and economic indicators have consecutively been ranking the first in national storage battery industry since 1987.
Reaching 15 Million Pieces Annual Production Capacity
Our company keeps introducing the storage battery manufacturing technologies and key production and inspection equipment from advanced countries including the US and Germany. The process technology and equipment maintain the advanced level in the same industry nationwide and the annual production capacity of starting storage battery reaches 15 million pieces, including two series such as maintenance-free battery and dry charged battery with several hundred types.
Our company undertakes the research, development and production of military batteries in China, provides multi-series products such as aviation, tank, military vehicle, artillery and communication torpedo, and keeps the leading position in China. It is a state-designated key production enterprise of lead-acid storage battery for military use and a fixed purchasing unit of army vehicle fixtures designated by the General Reserve Department of PLA. It provided lead-acid battery products and service assurance for reviewed troops on the capital military reviews to celebrate the 35th, 50th and 60th anniversaries of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
