The piston casting machines are mechanized and all our piston machines are from Japan KIRIU with stable and efficient machining performance. The product covers all kinds of internal combustion engine piston and gas hybrid engine piston with piston diameter from 50mm-150mm. The product types include aluminum alloy pistons, alfin pistons, inner cooling oil channel pisto, special-shaped pin hole piston, steel piston, and more. The company has established a well-found product inspection system. Spectrometer, metallographic microscope, sclerometer, roundness measuring, universal length measuring instrument, projector, coordinate measuring machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, and more. Advance inspection machines ensure the quality of every product from Eurosun Piston.
