50 experienced R&D engineers
Our R&D team is made up of as many as 50 engineers, who average at least five years of experience each. With our R&D prowess and an in-house molding factory, we can release more than 200 new items monthly. We even manufacture raw materials in-house and purchase major batches from Japan, the US, South Korea and Italy. On average, your ODM samples can be ready to ship in 20 days.
Certified operations with a 180-member QC team
Our operations are ISO 9001:2000-, ISO/TS 16949:2002-, ISO 14001:2004-, ISO 13485:2003- and ISO/IEC 17025:1999-certified. With a QC group consisting of up to 180 staff members, we ensure every step - from IQC to OQC - is thoroughly assessed. As a seasoned OEM supplier, we have been delivering quality products bearing RoHS, WEE, UL, NSF, KTW, WRC, FDA and CE marks in markets worldwide.
Two factories for volume orders
We operate two factories in Shenzhen and Nanhai, which cover 40,000 and 10,000 square meters respectively. With 220 sets of production equipment, we can roll out 200 tons of various rubber parts every month. This manufacturing capacity allows us to serve a long list of buyers worldwide, including Volvo, Ford, BMW, GM and more.
