Implementing Strict Quality Control
Our products are from R&D to mass production each detail, from material receiving to the full assembly. Jerry is very strict in quality control with more than 20 procedures. In the production process, Jerry uses intelligent robots to cut, bend, weld, and paint pipes to ensure the stability of process details and quality. The assembly work is produced by the full-automatic speed doubling chain assembly line, the commissioning of the electric control system is completed by professional technicians, the whole vehicle is verified by quality inspectors, and the whole vehicle is comprehensively inspected according to the product standards. Finally, the automatic packaging line completes the packaging and warehousing.
