200Ah solar gel battery

Shenzhen Key Power Co. Ltd’s KM12-200E-5102 is a deep-cycle solar gel battery with 12V nominal voltage and 200Ah capacity at 10-hour rate. It uses silica gel electrolyte, plates made of 99.99 percent lead and an AGM separator.

This CE-approved and UL-listed battery, with low internal resistance, suits solar and wind power systems, computers, wheelchairs, golf cars, and telecom, communications and marine equipment. In an ABS case, it measures 522x240x216mm and weighs 58kg.

ISO 9001:2008-compliant Shenzhen Key operates two factories, one for AGM batteries and the other for car batteries. These facilities have a total area of 100,000sqm and an annual production of 50 million kVAh. In addition to deep-cycle batteries, the supplier’s product range includes lead-acid, gel, OPzS and OPzV types.

Analyst’s comment: Globally, the gel battery market is forecast to hit $2.63 billion by 2027, posting 4.2 percent CAGR from 2022, according to IMARC Group. In 2021, it reached $2.07 billion.
