6,000 booths with innovative consumer, mobile electronics in massive show

The fall edition of the Global Sources Electronics show kicks off Oct. 11 with the latest products from the Greater China region and the rest of Asia on display in more than 6,000 booths at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong.

The first phase will run Oct. 11 to 14, include 3,500 booths and focus on consumer electronics, security products and electronic components.

The Outdoor Electronics Pavilion, Next-Gen Components Zone, and VR & Gaming Experience Zone will let visitors take a closer look at emerging and fast-growing electronics categories. Asia's largest collection of consumer electronics startups, meanwhile, will gather at Startup Launchpad.

Mobile Electronics , the second phase of the show, will take place Oct. 18 to 21 and will showcase the latest smartphones, tablets, wearable devices and mobile accessories. It is held concurrently with the Global Sources Gifts & Home show, which will highlight creative and eco-friendly gifts, premiums and home products, and co-located with the brand new Smart Living Pavilion. The pavilion covers security, energy management, entertainment, appliances and gadgets, key segments in the rapidly growing smart home market.
