This 4-layer PCB with immersion gold surface finish from Shenzhen Well-Wisdom PCB Co. Ltd adopts a Tg170 FR-4 base with a 3mm-thick inner board made of 99.9 percent red copper T2.

The unit with controlled depth routing has 1oz outer copper, black solder mask and white silkscreen. Dimensions are 285x135mm. Overall board thickness is 4mm. Applications include green electric appliances and electric cars.
