It supports HDMI 1.4a and Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n. The unit delivers full HD resolution of 1080 pixels at 30fps. It is compatible with a range of audio, image and text formats, including MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG, JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG, TXT, PDF, HTNL and EPUB.

This DVB-S receiver from Fujian Tian Cheng supports FTA content and provides MPEG-2 decoding. It has a memory capacity of 4,000 channels and allows 1,000 favorite channels. SCPC and MCPC are receivable from both C and Ku band satellites. The 256-color OSD comes in multiple languages. The model has a PAL/NTSC auto-conversion system and software upgradable via an RS232 serial port. Fujian Tian Cheng requires an MOQ of 1,000 units.

Quanzhou TDX’s model TDX-D01 DVB-S receiver adopts USB 2.0 for PVR, media player and software updates. The unit supports up to 2,000 TPS, 5,000 channels, and DiSEqC and has a timeshift function. It decodes MPEG-2. Input frequency is 950 to 2,150MHz while symbol rate is 2 to 45MBps. The 256-color OSD has an EPG. Multiple languages are supported but English is used as the default. SCART video output, RF modulator and SPDIF are among the optional features.

Priced between $10 and $15, Shenzhen A-Tech’s B1201-S2 model supports delivers 720x480 and 720x576i/p, 1280x720p and 1920x1080i/p. The model complies with DVB-S and DVB-S2 standards, and uses USB2.0 for PVR and to play various media formats. It supports up to 4,000 channels, and is compatible with DiSEqC 1.0 and 1.1. The model has advanced automatic and blind scan. MPEG-1, 2 and 4, and H.264 decoding are available.
