Miden Electronics Ltd's power inductor uses a flat wire for a compact package and is magnetically shielded for low radiation noise.

The DIP unit with a 10 to 47µH inductance operates over a frequency range of up to 1MHz. DC resistance is 3.8 to 18.6mohm, maximum DC saturation allowable current 13 to 35A and maximum temperature rise allowable current 8 to 12A. The component suits chokes used in digital amplifiers, car audio devices, LCD and plasma TVs and home theater systems.

Miden markets products under the in-house brand and accepts OEM projects. Bosch, Ice Power, JVC, Sony and Yamaha are some of its major customers.
