This flexible PCB from Dalian Jiayuan Electronic Science and Technology Co. Ltd has 3mil minimum line width and spacing, 0.5 to 2oz copper and as small as 0.2m holes. It adopts a polyimide base, HASL, lead-free HASL, immersion tin, gold finger or OSP surface finish, green, white, blue, black, red or yellow polyimide or PET solder mask, and white, black or yellow silk-screening.

The unit comes in up to 8-layer versions and meets IPC 2 standards. Board dimensions are 6x6mm to 400x500mm and the thickness is 0.6 to 2mm.

Dalian Jiayuan has an annual production output of 1.5 million sqm. BMW, Gree, Nidec and Sumitomo are among its key customers.
